lovely stay near the canal
clean roomkind staffquiet neighborhood
the room was very clean. staff kindly upgraded my room (this was a pleasant surprise). the neighborhood is by the canal and it was much quieter than other parts of town.

the location is a huge plus. i liked that it was close to many attractions but remained on a quiet street. the free coffee was super welcome! they also have sodas and snacks which is very appreciated.
the staff was not always clear. i seemed like communication could improve. it felt bad that i wasn't shown the elevator after check-in. my room key also stopped working.

The staff offered maps with points of interest upon check-in. I received smiles and kind words EVERY day. The hotel is in a PERFECT location. The cleanliness was perfect, which I appreciated a lot.
I would have liked a door hook or a wall hook. I needed a place to hang my towels after showering. This is a very minor issue, however.

I appreciated the small treats , including complimentary coffee and sweets placed on the bed. I found a bag of snacks that I could take with me to the airport, a lovely touch. The location was great , and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.
The pillows were not my favorite. They felt a little too flat and small for my liking.

I opened the window to get fresh air , and I found a good a/c unit. A hair dryer was also provided. The bed was very comfortable.
